Matt Griffith – Owner

Matt was raised in Fort Wayne, IN, and graduated with honors from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduation, Matt began a career with one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. After working in customer and product support for five years, doing everything in his power to earn a promotion, Matt was continually overlooked. Matt realized that in a company with over 60,000 employees, upward mobility was more about seniority and politics than hard work and competency. As a result of that realization, Matt decided to move to a career in Sales & Marketing where his hard work and competency would directly correlate to higher earnings and rapid advancement within a company. Matt quickly accepted a position and gained experience in sales and marketing by representing the leading office products company in Indianapolis, IN. After great success in the office products industry, Matt had an opportunity to relocate to Kansas City to perform sales and marketing on behalf of the largest telecommunications company in the world. Due to Matt’s success he was quickly called upon to help expand the sales force in that region, and personally trained an developed a team that brought great results to the company. Matt started working closely with the company’s president to fine tune his sales training, public speaking, and management skills. Due to his extensive training and experience, Matt was ready to embark on another challenge.

In August 2007, Matt became an entrepreneur and established his own marketing firm in Baltimore, MD. After 2 years of success in Baltimore and running multiple campaigns for fortune 100 clients, Matt capitalized on a great opportunity to relocate again to the Boston area and work with the largest provider of business telecommunications and fiber optics in Massachusetts. Matt looks forward to exceeding the goals of the current client, expanding Intrinsic Consulting and opening new locations with clients in multiple industries.

Rebecca Lancaon – Managing Partner

Rebecca was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. Upon graduation, Rebecca changed her focus and energy from medicine to become a student of the business world. Realizing that experience in sales would give her the hands on experience and real-life business education necessary to grow her career, Rebecca was ready to attack the business world with the same kind of intensity and dedication she had given to her studies.

Rebecca started in an entry-level account management position in Washington, D.C. and built experience from the ground up. She was able to gain valuable expertise in sales, sales- training, and human resources. In the fall of 2007, Rebecca was promoted to assistant management in Philadelphia. In March of 2008, she expanded the company to Livonia, Michigan to oversee sales operations for a Fortune 500 Client. After a year of increasing acquisition and retention for her client, she was invited to Baltimore to be a partner of Distinctive Solutions. In the fall of 2010, Rebecca joined forces with her partner, Matt Griffith, whom she had previously worked with in Baltimore before his expansion into the Boston Metro Area.

Rebecca’s goals include providing the level of success she did for her clients in both Michigan and Baltimore for her client in New England, as well as being a lead player in the larger company’s continued expansion efforts.

Sers S. Sterlin II- Assistant Manager

Sers S. Sterlin II was born and raised in the Central Massachusetts area. After graduating from Nichols College in 2011 with a degree in Finance, he was eager to begin a career with a company that would recognize his strong work ethic and motivation. In July he began working as a Sales Representative at Intrinsic Consulting Inc. His past experience working in marketing promotions and strong interpersonal skills helped him to excel in this role. Sers quickly became a top performer in the office. After only seven months, he was promoted to Assistant Manager.

Currently, Sers is working hard to prepare to open his own office before the end of 2012.His future goals include investing in non-profit ventures for low income community development in the US and internationally. Within the next few years he plans to use his entrepreneurial interests to expand to new locations and provide growth opportunity for his business partners.
