Cheryl – HR Director

Cheryl Wolfert was born and raised in Boston, MA where she was involved in Soccer and Track and field throughout High School. Cheryl graduated from Salem State University in 2009 with a BS in communications, and a minor in graphic design. Although Cheryl originally aspired to break into the Advertising world, her path has changed in the past few years. While exploring her options post- graduation Cheryl came across the entry-level account manager position at Intrinsic Consulting. Although Cheryl did not have any experience in sales, she decided to give it a try. After just a few short weeks Cheryl fell in love with the business. Just a few months later Cheryl started to help out around the office part time. After just a few months of part time administration, Cheryl was invited by Matthew and Rebecca to become a full time administrator.

 

Since Cheryl took on the role of Human Resources Director she has been a driving force in the company’s recruiting. She has developed business and leadership skills which will help Intrinsic Consulting to continue to expand and grow. Cheryl plans to help Rebecca and Matthew prepare for new markets across the country, and eventually on an international level. In her leisure time Cheryl enjoys artwork and distance running.

Kali – HR Coordinator

Kali was born and raised in Central Massachusetts where she graduated from Framingham State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. During her time as an undergraduate she co-founded the FSC chapter of Psi Chi, a national honor society in psychology. Kali was published in journals of critical thinking and empirical research as well as being recognized multiple times for academic achievements.

During high school and college Kali interned and worked at an early education center. After several years in the same position she left when the department was outsourced to a different management company to pursue a career where she could use her skills to advance more quickly. She began at Intrinsic Consulting as an Account Manager to expand her skills and work experience. After several months in this position she was able to transition into her current role as Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, Kali’s goals are to aid in the success of Intrinsic Consulting, it’s clients, and also it’s employees.
